Prime Designs have been designing and building exhibition stands for our clients for over 9 years.

This work has taken us to every continent of the world, working with local suppliers to deliver the right solution. The aim, to maximise the benefits to visitors to the exhibition stands and of course to the client.

From standard modular designs to full Custom Builds.

Our experience is delivering solutions to clients with differing objectives and different budgets. This means that we deliver a wide range of builds from a pre-created modular approach up to custom builds and indeed we even deliver full pavilions.

We have considerable experience in working for clients taking the stress out of exhibitions. We have worked with clients on over 100 shows both in the UK and worldwide.

Our experience has shown that this method of marketing brings great rewards for the company as well as giving a worthwhile experience to the participants. Whether the events is a conference, roadshow, or product/press launch. This also includes targeted, focused incentive days (golf, sport, team building, gala dinners, etc)

Pre-Event

We will liaise with the show organizers to ensure all the pre-planning is in place before the event. We will ensure stand ordering and stand design are completed in good time for freighting to the show ground where, if required, experienced stand builders and project managers will be on hand to prepare the stand for hand over before commencement of the show.

During the event

We will have staff on hand throughout the show to ensure that the show goes smoothly for our clients.

After the Event

We will take the stand down, return the site to its original state and return all kit to the client for usage at future shows.
